1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our flight compensation assistance service. By submitting your claim through our website or contacting us via WhatsApp or email, you agree to these Terms. “We”, “our”, and “the service” refer to TRYVON Claims. “You” refers to the passenger submitting a claim.

2. Service Description

We assist passengers in claiming compensation for delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights under EU Regulation 261/2004 and other applicable laws.

Our service includes:

  • Eligibility assessment
  • Document collection
  • Preparing and submitting claims
  • Communicating with airlines
  • Following up until the case is resolved

We do not guarantee that every claim will be successful.

3. No Win, No Fee

Our service operates on a no win, no fee basis:

  • You pay nothing upfront
  • You only pay if your claim is approved and you receive compensation
  • If the airline rejects the claim, you owe us nothing

4. Service Fee

Our fee is 18% of the compensation amount paid to you by the airline. Example: If you receive €600, our fee is €108.

Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your compensation.

5. Your Responsibilities

To use our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Send required documents (boarding pass, ticket, passport copy)
  • Sign the authorization letter allowing us to act on your behalf
  • Inform us immediately when you receive compensation
  • Pay our service fee after receiving compensation

Failure to provide accurate information may result in your claim being rejected.

6. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By signing the authorization letter, you allow us to:

  • Submit your claim to the airline
  • Communicate with the airline on your behalf
  • Receive updates and decisions regarding your claim

We do not receive your compensation. The airline pays you directly.

7. Communication

We communicate with you primarily through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Phone (if needed)

You agree to respond in a reasonable time to avoid delays in your claim.

8. Airline Payments

Compensation is paid directly to you by the airline. Once you receive the payment, you must:

  • Notify us
  • Provide proof (screenshot or bank confirmation)
  • Pay our service fee

9. Termination

You may stop using our service at any time before we submit your claim.

Once a claim is submitted to the airline, you agree not to:

  • Withdraw the claim without informing us
  • Submit a duplicate claim yourself
  • Use another company for the same claim

If you do, our service fee still applies.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to process your claim. Your data is used solely for eligibility checks, claim submission, communication with airlines, and legal compliance. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unrelated to your claim.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Airline delays in responding
  • Airline refusal to pay compensation
  • Incorrect information provided by you
  • Losses resulting from airline decisions

Our responsibility is limited to submitting and managing your claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
